Morning splash--Happy Fathers day to you!! Finally a day that is the same at least between here and thereThe sun is just now really starting to break through so I guess it will be another sunny  day but the rain is just around the ccorner. The cold that never realy developed into a full blown thing is hanging on enough to let me know it is still there. Didn't take any cold pills yesterday or last night and we made it through--just an occasional cough. I shall get busy andget some things done this morning so I can watch golf this afternoon(the play is that much slower that we go on until well into the evening (which is not on my favorite list) but we shall see how it goes.Maybe it is just me but the coverage seems to have changed and they have gone to a lot more talking about.  Well enjoy your day and I hope you get spoiled.

splashed-- A nice bright sunny morning to start the day and no rain for a couple of days. I am not impressed with Oakmont golf course--once again a course that has too many hard things and even a good shot goes astray--so it is good luck not good judgement. Didn't hear much about Rory here but the announcers were doing a lot of filling in for all the shots that were going astray-the US open seems to keep finding these golf courses that test the golfer but don't reward them. I will have it on of course and probably get frustrated with the slow play again.Have a good day.

Certainly got some rain last night
Don't know if it thundered. I didn't hear it. Bit fresher today. Tasha coming back from her long holiday tonight. Hopefully she has had a good time.
I am getting ready as on Monday we are off to Bridgewater until Wednesday night.
