Good Morning Grace...didn't get here last night I had visitors.  Sadly I didn't have a good night I must have eaten something that didn't agree with me.  With my condition that can happen.  So I have been up and down most of the night.  Feeling a little better now though so hopefully I am on the mend.  I don't know if I would have what it takes to go out every day in your weather.  Your very disciplined Grace I have to say so fair play to you for doing that.  The mere thought of your temps over there makes me shiver.  I am glad to see you are sleepy and hopefully will sleep the night through with your magic cookies lol.  I have been offered that stuff on and off over the years.  But I never tried it.  But if I couldn't sleep I would .   Sweet dreams Grace...xxxx
