Good morning Andrea! I had no idea you had to get approval from the HOA, but makes sense. Im sure everyone wants an AC installed given the hot weather you've been having. No ice cream for baby just yet makes sense, there are other solid foods to start him on and that are much better for him :)  He'll just have to settle for being spoiled during his visit, which Im sure he was 100% fine with, lol   I hope you have a wonderful day my friend!  xx
