Hello Sweet, its gorgeous here a little wind and plenty of sunshine. I have laundry to do later , for now off to Morry's to shop in a bit. Yes the roast was nice , the chicken was not as l hoped though it looked the part .. at least l enjoyed the veg lol. . Today l am popping a Brisket in the slow cooker for tomorrow. First time in years so was a bit rusty on how..googled it lol. . I would like to have gone for a long ride up into the hills but battery is low and takes 12 hours to fully charge. Never mind we have more sunny days to come now if the forecast is right. Enjoy the garden sweet, l am leaving a lot of the clearing out there to give the insects etc time to mature and leave the undergrowth. My trees should have been pruned back but it was impossible with all the rain. Now they are sprouting so its too late. l will have to feed them instead to nourish the extra growth.
