Hi Judith ty for the Okapi.  Sorry to see you had dull pain this morning with your knee.  But at least you got a night's sleep.  I think when you get that you can face most things.  I take pain killers when I want to really move about and try to do without them when I don't.  I am on list for knee replacement to but like you don't know when that will ever happen.  Have a great day Judith xxx
