Hello Sweet, its raining here again not too bad , pretty light really. Got up late well for me anyway, did my extra Tuesday chores first, by which time it was lunch time, so l had  brunch lol. . Only a light meal of fruit, probiotic yoghurt and a bread roll , with a cuppa . Bloat so easy if l try to eat even a little more. Aw love , so sorry you cant eat the Beef stew, is it the meat that is too rich for you ? Its a nourishing meal , cant you adapt it so you can eat it? I no longer add split peas, lentils or doughboys to mine , and spices  added are minimal . l havent read the forecast so didnt know the temp is again to drop.
