i always book a sleeper cabin ,then you know you are away from the scruff lol as they always have their own buffet car etc , so its nice n private ,and breakfast in bed is always my fave lol hope yur day went well hun , have a cosy evening and sleep well for later xxxxx

Hi Linda, thanks for the spot. It was so lovely being with them yesterday…I wish it could have been longer…Steve would have managed without me 😂 We felt like kids again in our matching pj’s. We all had a shower after our tour of Liverpool…it’s changed such a lot for me, never mind them, but very enjoyable.Then changed into our pjs. Ordered a takeaway and talked and talked, the night away! Yes the ferries all had names. The Daffodil that we had lunch on, is no longer used but I’m sure they built a new Royal Daffodil. The Royal Iris was gutted by a fire in April this year but had been left to rot. Such a shame, as I told you me and my sister and friends would often go across the Mersey on it and hide in the toilets so we didn’t have to pay…not recommended now!. It started off lovely this morning but by lunch time it had started raining and hasn’t stopped  since. I’ve just been pottering around and decided to make a roast for tea, the first for a long time. It smells delicious, even if I say so myself. The Liverpool/Man City match is on…. L’pool are losing 2-0, I hope Steve does my roast justice after watching the poor performance (his words) Enjoy the rest of your evening and catch u
