Morning Linda and a lovely sunny start after the mist lifted..🌞.
I actually got 7 hrs undisturbed sleep last night and I can finally wiggle toes, albeit gingerly..ðŸĪĢ🙈..I 'm going tae try another wee stroll later once the farm traffic has stopped and we'll try for a mile today as I got close tae it yesterday  in total steps..👍

Hi Linda and the sun is shining and it's quite warm for Scotland..ðŸĪĢ👍.
I've been sitting oot in the sun on my deck and although it's quite a ' faff ', it's well worth it..👍🌞☀ïļ. My only regret is not getting actually getting on with my garden,  but health first..👍.

Evening Linda and still popping Paracetamol,  but I did get tae speak tae a Dr, who has changed both the tabs and literally quadrupled the dose, so I hope that I feel the benefit of those. My son lifted them for me and brought them oot tae Millisle.  So I'm perched on the corner o my couch for another night..💊💊🙈ðŸ’Ī.

I'll phone the Drs soon and ask for a telephone appointment,  as all I need are answers...plus mobility is an issue..🙈.

Hi Linda and it's Saturday,  which starts with me on the couch and my leg elevated,  because my ' Gout ' has returned,  which is strange because I'm on tablets for the Uricemia every day.?ðŸĪ”.
A trip tae the Drs on Monday for some answers I think Linda,  but I need tae go oot later for provisions,  so driving will be fun..ðŸĨĩ🙈..

Morning Linda and it's Friday, it's dry and the chilly wind has disappeared,  so it's a lovely morning up here...👍.
Nothing on my agenda for today yet and movement is still restricted, so nothing strenuous for today I presume..😂🙈.

Hi Linda and a chilly breeze up here, but still looking forward tae some sunshine 🌞 ☀ïļ.  It's an easy day for me after my exercise with my Grandson yesterday and a few hours in my garden,  so it's take it easy day ahead..👍☕ïļ.
