Good morning Carmen. Just home from Joan's Stayed over last night as we all attended an evening service for loved ones who had died during the last 12 months. Lovely service and when each name was called out a family member went up and collected a candle Laura went up for her dad's. Hope your brother gets good results

Good Morning Carmen, happy Wednesday my dear. My body clock is completely out of whack, it has been for months and I'm totally blaming FL!! I started staying up later and later doing the Dinosaurs with a group of players in different time zones and now I'm finding myself awake at 3am and 4am most days!! I generally get up about 10am (which is when I have to take my first lot of meds), as you can see, it really, really has to stop! I'm happy to read that you had such a good time at your great, grand-niece's birthday party. Three is such an adorable age, all that precocious confidence, love it. You must have been starting to worry that mum hadn't checked in, I'm guessing she'd enjoyed herself at the party too? Good for her.
