Thank you for spotting our Mallard lovelie xx Mum's card has been sorted, thank you. Barclays we're great and had stopped all of the fraudulent debits before they even hit her account, unfortunately (despite paying a bill of roughly the same amount to Sainsbury's online, every week since Covid) they declined Sainsbury's too LOL. They talked her through all the entries on her account for about a week and there was nothing else, thankfully. They've already issued her a new card and PIN and the card details are available via the online app so she can copy them down and use the card online without yet receiving her new card. These people are scum.
