Hi Kim, you should have a word with him , he may not be aware that he is taking advantage of your willingness to do tasks he should be doing or sharing. I had to do it in the end, l went to management and said either you pay me three peoples wages or l stop doing two persons work as well as my own. They got two more staff eventually, not that it mattered to me . Shortly after the company moved to far away for me to travel by bus. My head boss was sad l was leaving but the new manager (family of the owner) didnt like me telling him what to do, as he didnt have a clue about the job and kept bunking off. l laughed when he said he wouldnt re employ me if l applied for a job with them again. l said if you werent family the company would not employ someone of your calibre...he sucked a lemon. My top boss smirked at that he didnt like him either lol. xx
