Morning Kim, l try not to eat greasy food, so limit how much l eat of it when l do . Failing that if l am going to indulge , l eat it all in one day then nothing naughty for a good while. l do like a Whisky and Lemonade before bed instead of pain meds. The calories are horrific , so l do have a couple of nights doing that then leave it a week or more before l have another couple before bed.  Aw bless him he is doing so well, l dont like plastic straws either, but l do have Bamboo ones now and they are better for the environment. Have a lovely Sunday Hun xxx
