Hi Kim, thanks for spotting the GD. The council here are way behind on everything. They send out these surveyors to see what needs doing and nothing happens. We have always done our own replacing, tough if they dont approve. We now have a walk in shower, our own kitchen , bought wrought iron gates, built walls and fencing outside , paid to have gutters fixed and a tile to stop a leaking roof. All the councils responsibility. We like a nice home so did it ourselves. I hope you do get the new kitchen and bathroom soon love. Have a good day xx
