Hi Mitzi, it was a course that was funded by the NHS called Second Nature. It was an app on my phone that tracks your progress etc. I've lost a stone in 12 weeks with the coursebut I mostly did it myself just by watching what I eat and walking more. Ideally I need to lose another stone really. Hopefully if I keep it up, I will. You've done well too! Thanks for the FVC! xxx

Happy Wednesday! Work was quite busy again but we made it through. Pretty day out! Sunny and not too cold! I got to see the Northern Lights for the first time ever last night! I was so excited! We might get to see them again tonight but I guess it depends on a lot of different things. My view wasn't as spectacular as come places but it was still really cool. Have a great night!
