Evening Dee. Hope you’ve had a good weekend. How lovely for your mum to come and live with you, I’m not sure my daughters would want me living with them! I am getting used to my new glasses, it was a bit of a trial first off, but my eyes seem to be adjusting to them. We are having new smoke alarm and heat sensors fitted in our apartment tomorrow, apparently they have to be replaced after ten years, and it’s twelve years since the place was built. My son came to see me yesterday morning for a coffee, he was on his way to have lunch at The Folly with his dad. I don’t see him often as he lives in Bridgwater, he can be hard work though as he’s not a conversationalist, I seem to do all the talking, and John doesn’t hear half of what he says anyway! He brought me some flowers though, so that was nice. I can’t say I’m looking forward to the forthcoming heatwave, we probably won’t go out, I can’t stand getting baked. Have a nice evening Dee xx
