Dear Jacqui there is nothing like grief you are going through all the emotions its understandable  you have been together for over 50 years and you must miss Fred so much i completely understand what your saying it will take time it never goes away but you begin to come to terms with it x Sending big hugs and look after yourself  xx

aww bless you Jacs .. been thinking of you .. grief is terrible and i'm sure it brought on the shingles with me as I was alone when Nig was working and got so upset but you need to eat and sleep jacs look after yourself so your immune system doesn't go down .. remember all your happy times together and do lean on loved ones and find strength in each other .. it's a new chapter for you Jac's and will take some getting used to .. sending love and hugs xxxx
