It’s a mild and very still day. Was at the hairdresser this morning so I’m all tidy again. Yes, I have done my exercises today so my halo is shining. Every time I get up from a seat now I mustn’t use my hands to help and it’s not easy. I’ll get there. I hope Dave gets some help before too long. What a lot of tests he’s getting. Have a good day xx
