Good evening Lizzy and I can't say that I like having my eyes checked and am hopeless when it comes to going for eye tests, But I suppose it is a check up between slowly going blind or girding ones loin and having them treated. It is possible to have them done under a general anaesthetic, but do have to wait longer. My very best wishes and lots of love and warming hugs. xx

a sunny good morning, Lizzy, and a splash! I bet the boys did really enjoy their run this morning. it's sunny and cold here, too. we're at -6C, but it's a beautiful day. saw my daughter for a bit this morning as she had something to fix for the upstairs tenants. will be getting Cece from school this afternoon, and that's about it for me. take care, and keep warm! xx

It’s been a really nice day here, hitting 11degrees according to the car.  We visited in the morning,  had a pensioner’s lunch out and went shopping in Tesco.  Won’t need anything else to eat today.  Your boys will really love being able to run in dry fields again.  It makes such a difference and I noticed people were smiling more today because it was sunny.  Enjoy the rest of your day xx
