a sunny good morning, Lizzy, and a splash! still warm here at 26C, but the big locust tree is all golden, and it's started losing leaves. I did ok with the stress test, but was so nervous I forgot to ask when I would hear about the results. (sigh) might have had something to do with the awful cramp I got in my thigh when I sat up after being still for 30-ish minutes. glad to hear the boys had a restful day after their eventful night. and, hoping the physio isn't too fierce. take care! xx
