It’s sunny again and Dave has been out for milk and bananas.  I have the washing on and Michael is coming later for a couple of nights.  I was getting so cocky with my exercises that I managed to pull a muscle in my good leg this morning so “am no happy” in the words of my west coast grandson.  That’ll teach me.  Hope Dave’s bread turns out well.  Enjoy your day xx
