Happy Tuesday! Didn't even realize I had missed yesterday here but I was a little ummm busy with my prep for today. Had follow up colonoscopy today, of course the results aren't in, but Doc said things looked good. I had been worried with having had the cold and I guess I was rightfully worried because according to Doc just having a simple head cold can be enough to cause my UC to flare! Anyway I was so happy to get home and have solid food!!!  Back to work tomorrow. Have a nice night!

Sorry to hear that your procedure was as bad as the first one! I also hope for you that they got enough! You sound like me- I'd be so upset if I had to stay away from the dogs (well unless hubby was home to watch them and if that were the case I could be home too) and I just hate hate hate asking other people for help- I don't want to be a bother and I know that it's not a big bother and I'd happily help others, I just hate asking. I've just learned to be too independent I guess.
THe prep??  uggggggg  so that being stuck in the bathroom part isn't that bad- the meds work good so there's no cramping or pain but drinking that stuff??? I can not even begin to descibe the taste! Sickly sweet, yet bitter and salty and bleck! and then 32 more ounces of water within an hour after- that's the hard part.
I had a pretty nice setup in the downstairs bathroom- there's a heating vent in there so it gets really warm and I had my water, my phone, and a book as well as a blanket so I could curl up in the quick moments off the toilet lol
It was nice having my step mom take me- I felt like I was with a celebrity lol Everyone knows her there (having worked there since back in the 80's!) plus it was nice because I had such a sinus headache that I was getting nauseous and she asked the anesthesiologist if they could give me torodal (I guess it's like an IV form of motrin) and I would have never thought to ask. Ended up napping quite a bit this afternoon after I got home.
I heard there was a lot of snow to the east! I hope you didn't catch any of that! Did I tell you I saw a Robin?  I think it was last weekend! And there have been more Canadian Geese popping up.
Do you call them Canadian Geese too or since you're up there are they just Geese? Never though of that before!
I hope you're all recovered from your Dr appointment now and have had a good rest!
