OMG we all hate it. And want it to reopen.  There are not a lot of people using the new "park", except they did put big hamocks on the old great highway which is a good place for the homeless to sleep. I am happy that we recalled Joe Engardio and I hope that they open it as it makes driving easier and there is less traffic in the neighborhood.  Yes there is lots of mold in this neighborhood but none in my place thank god. I always get a cross breeze going to keep everything dry.

MY mom lived in this apartment for 24 years, it too is rent controlled. I took care of her for the last two years of her life and now I live here. I am not sure if it is colder in the richmond as it is freezing here. Yes I am a night owl too.
