Went for 2 walks tonight one at 8 & just now which is now 11pm, we've got more snow today & half the evening, so after my 8pm walk I tried to shovel but it was so heavy I just couldn't finish it all...sigh, even thought it was a beautiful evening loved it.

Happy WEdnesday! Work was ok but I was like crashed by 3 so it was hard to get to 4:30. Then I had a kennel club meeting- I just went, wrote the checks, and came home. Off to bed soon- just tired. Have a great night! 

Most of what I take is natural stuff but I have 3 meds- for the depression and anxiety (I came off them once and it was over the course of a year that things for bad again really bad I have some natural things that help but not enough) and then of course for the UC which it seems that it's working. BUT it does look like I have to get checked again in 2 years- at least that's what the notes say right now.
I do think that thyroid issues can cause dizziness so that would make sense if something is out of whack there. I always forget about iodine but to honest I probably get more than enough in my salt lol I'm shocked my sodium isn't too high lol
