Wow - you really get a lot of miles in!  That's aweesome.  Don't know how you do those long runs with humidity.   Yesterday's run was a mostly easy paced 48 minute run, but there was quite a bit of incline work.  The last 20 minutes had one minute speed runs on an incline - I managed to hang in there without having to manually adjust the treadmill to a slower speed.  I think it ended up being around 3.7 miles.   This program is meant to be done every day, 6 days/week.  But I also do strength training, and alternate with running one day/strength training the next - 7 days a week.  So the program has a long run one day/week, but for me it's one day every 2 weeks.   But it's okay.....I'm old!  😎  I wish I had this program back 20 years ago when I tried to train for a marathon - I got up to 15 miles in the training and had to drop out because of a major stress fracture in my femur.  The training schedule was too intense - too many miles too fast.  Live and learn!  I love this program.
