Hi Andy - finally catching up on sprinkles!  Congrats on your run - it's so hard to run in the heat!  I actually did a 5.2 mile training run on Monday - I was VERY nervous and didn't think I could do it.  But I did it, and it felt great.  Today is back to 3 miles - but it will feel good.
