Sounds like you had a great few days away!  You're so lucky to have such easy access to the island groups. If love to be able to go one day.   I guess you really need a car, and for me it would be quite the drive from france!
Weather here bright and sunny with showers, some of them heavy. Chilly wind blowing constantly, just enough to stop you overheating if the sun builds up a good head of steam lol x
