I really don't need food. I've been stockpiling. I just need sugar.  I dont really have friends around here. My one friend is in her 80's and she is currently staying in a temporary assistance place until she gets better.  Most of my friends moved away years ago or are far.  And besides, I couldn't even get down the steps.   A friend came today that lives half an hour away and she did what she could to shovel. But it's all frozen. The snow was piled high on my stoop.  She did what she could but she even said it's dangerous for me to walk and she's afraid I'll fall. 

I fell in January of 2024 and broke my elbow. He didn't care and said it's in the lease that I have to salt and shovel.  I share the stoop with my neighbour.  He shoveled a path (it didn't even go down to the ground) from his door and down MY side of the stairs (but it was still snow covered and dangerous.   Didn't even touch what was in front of my door.  He didn't shovel the sidewalk either. There are 4 men living in this house and none of them shovel or help me.  My friend was furious.  I told my neighbour that  I share the stoop with that I am disabled. I also have a handicapped placard but they don't care.

thank you :)  Like I said my friend did her best. She had to pay tolls to get to me so I reimbursed her.  Hopefully my brother will come this weekend and finish what she started. He works 14 hour days so he can't come during the week.
