Splashed It is another very cold but sunny day. My big thing today wiull be to try and get at least the garbge bag and the bag from the littler locker down without freezing or getting blown away. These ne owners are at least listening to us--most of them run around with pen and paper so they can write things down.It took a month for my bathroom ceiling but they had to find and fix where the water was coming from first,but all fixed now and they did say they were working on the heating and we do seem to have a more even heat now--still use the little heater but not as high and of course the sun shining in here not only improves the mood but warms my apartment nicely.
