I am also reading The Christmas Appeal by Janice Hallett. Despite being a murder mystery its very funny. I read that when the other book gets too much.

Morning splash-- It is  sort of misty looking right now but it is brightening so if we are lucky It will be sunny and melt some more snow as we are forecast another 17cm on Wed. I am afraid I have things crammed into or stacked in all the places I can and one of these days when I am in the right mood it will be out it goes. It is very hard to part with stuff especially when it has a lot of memories. Have a good day

Hello Dianne. Had a nice walk round town yesterday! It was a lovely sunny day. Today looked like sleet first thing for a few mins. But Rain heavily now.

Ha ha, just been reading about peeps being banned from boarding busses shirtless or in bikini's. That's in Sydney.. We must be short of news here..lol.

Hi once more, I can just imagine how you felt when Brian told you it was his birthday. We do attach a lot of importance to peeps remembering. See I should have bought a card on her behalf but I remember thinking what the hell I've been lumbered with buying five cards for others. That was when that kind lady helped me. I feel a bit rotten now not buying the most important card of all.lol. Think I should go to the naughty step. Anyway, done now. I feel bad @ not stopping to realise where she is mentally. I need to get a grip as they say.  What's for dinner today?  Enjoy the rest of the evening. Bloody alarm keeps going every hours on my time piece ( watch). It needs some fine tuning..Have fun.
