Morning Diane, I can't even imagine what -23 degrees feels like. I know that one year when my mum visited my sister she got frost bight. Did Kevin manage to get to you yesterday so you could get your supplies in. Did you find your glasses? Are they just for reading?. I have a pair in every room in our house which I find useful when I can't remember where I left  a pair. All of a sudden your getting the service you deserve from the new management. Last evening was lovely being with the youngsters of the family. Seeing as they had been in a wine bar from three o'clock they arrived @ the restaurant well oiled. It was a Italian one. I thought I would treat myself to a decent steak only the ones we get from the supermarket are not good. Once again I was disappointed as  it was chewy. Thought perhaps my teeth had gone blunt so got  a second opinion, & it was confirmed. It's not my teeth. We've been to this restaurant before & I wasn't happy with my meal then. Afterwards six of them went to a local pub but we went home. Wonder how they feel this morning? lol. Got home & had a dose of golf. Great for golf that young Blade Brown is still level @ the top. Would be great if he won but to overcome Scheffler the assassin will be tough. Will make good viewing...Enjoy your day..We are @ 6c this morning, how about you?

Hello Diane, TY for the Mallard. Happily it is a bit cooler here today. We do experience the extremes in weather. I hope that your shopping trip went well. I purchased an additional hose this morning so I will set it up to water my stand up veggie gardens rather than carrying buckets of water up there. Enjoy your day and I hope that little heater is helping.

Quacker found,, bbrr minus 1 here at moment get get up to 2,,was dry,,glad son could help you get groc etc. ,,find glasses too so hard to do without,,nice locker ok now sorted and locked up and all your stuff put away properly,,hope all goes well now,,my stew in oven is ready,,so will have then bed early,,tired today,,have good book,,see dog show Westminster. One is on Jan 31. Love to watch that,, nite hugs stay safe keep warm,,peaceful sunday
