Good night Linda,, your weather sounded like ours. It was really windy yesterday but was fairly warm but today its freezing cold, the temps dropped 40 degrees.  Today still pretty cold and we had snow  flying all day but none stuck.  We take hubby's vehicle into the shop tomorrow so I'll be glad when that's done except for what it's going to cost.  We don't plan on going out for New Years as we are to old for that stuff.  So we stay home and watch it on TV.  What about you?  Did you get a lot of snow?  I see on the weather channel that there was a lot headed east.  Well you take care my good friend and I'll talk to you later.  Sending many blessings to you my wonderful friend.  Hugs!
