I'm sorry you're having a time of it too. I'm doing a lot of Scarlett  O'Hara mode: "I'll think about that tomorrow " It's helping me hold it together for now. There's some paranoia that goes with this too,
waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Difficult to get started in the mornings and really have to give myself a pep talk to get out of bed.
Once I'm downstairs and coffeed up, things don't look quite so bleak. You're right, There's many folks going through similar times.
I sure would love to get my groove back! Oh well....one day at a time.
