Hi Kathryn ~ when you get a mammogram done, request an x-ray of your lungs.  I carried lung cancer for 19 months, with no symptoms whatsoever, and had no clue.  This lung cancer then went to my brain where it deposited 4 tumors.  This was October of 2023, when it was discovered.  I am, currently, cancer free (but had another bout with brain cancer this past July).  I want you to request an x-ray and if they say you don't need one....baloney.....especially since you are paying for your medical care.  Be well, Dearest  xox
