Hi Marguerite gorgeous morning here the sun was actually warm felt like spring , got daffs out now loads of crocus and a tulip almost out makes you feel good to be alive when it’s like that but didn’t last was raining again by two . I finished my ironing this morning and spent some time in the conservatory getting my Christmas stuff back in the right  places  it was warm in there with the sun through the windows . I’m  Watching hetty wainthrop now . Watched a bit of Britain’s got talent but it got on my nerves . Have a good evening night godbless xx

Have not made it to the laundry room
just yet, but am hopeful that I will find
the machines open today 🤞🏻 We are
overcast but dry today and have
warmed to -7c ~ looking forward to
2c on Tuesday ~ I will be closing my
garden that day and spending a few
days with my Mom, who's getting out
of the Rehab Center today ~ My sister
Brenda will be staying with her until I
get there and is taking her home today
~ I have been watching the Olympics
here and there, as well ~ Hope that
your weekend is off to a great start 😊

Goodnight Marguerite, nothing new to report here , still more rain.  We have a friend staying for the weekend and went for a meal at a restaurant across the forest last evening - my word, it was dreadful, flooded roads en route and back of  course.  In the dark it is quite frightening.  Some of the roads had temporary traffic lights or had road warnings and markers to ensure road safety for drivers, but I must confess I was happy to return home.  So glad you have had better weather than us and have been able to get some nice walks with Pippin.  Thank you for the cuddles sent to Bonnie and we return them to Pippin, meanwhile enjoy playing with him.  He sounds like a real fun little dog.  Take care and be safe.  Love hugs & blessings for you all - sleep well  🤗🤗🐾🐾💕💤💤💤
