Morning Yvonne well its a chilly one here but checked no frost on car!
yes get lots of nice comments when am around on weight loss it does give a nice boost too
so we will see what today brings i know i have a fair bit of yesterdays notes to carry on with but that is not too much! & a few non important emails to reply to!
