MÅNDAG  -  underbar sådan. Trad lunch med broder o svägerska. Idag var det jag som fixat maten - Lennarts-special-potatisgratäng innehållande nötfärs, ölkorvar, jamon serrano loncheado, kryddor.... Å på toppen två påsar med riven Västerbottenost... smakade verkligen gott...
Vad jag brukar blanda i potatisgratängen varierar. Finns hur mycket som helst att variera med.

Även pratat med svärmor, fyllt 90 år, hon låter lika pigg nu som för 50 år sen. Detta trots hon flera ggr varit nära att "resa vidare", cancer, hjärtinfarkt mm Hon kommer alltid tillbaka!
