hi lovely thats sounds a bit better for you, i know that sounds a bit better for you, ive got this brillant push thing as i cant use crutches, this is so smooth to push, i used say im not using one of those but its great, and it takes some of the pain away when walking, i got mine from the Disabled shop, did they tell you how long it will take for your to heal, take care big hugs xoxoxoxo

hi lovely how is you foot doing,i hope yours is getting better, mines still in agony, ive for the hospital next tuesday i think, so not long to see what this pain is, i sort of twisted my upper arm last night as well that sore but at least i can pick things up how is your foot doing can you walk on it, Boots rang before there bringing me a tube of
