I'll be heading to the airport tomorrow night (20TH) to catch my flight to the Philippines early in the morning of the 21ST.  Not sure How long I will be away.  I hope to be bringing my wife back to Canada with me.

Wow…they really have increased your dosages….do you get a what they call a dosset box in the UK to put them all in for the week? The pharmacy prepares it and drivers one each week. Of course, you can buy a pill box and do it yourself.
I hope you get some answers on your arm pain. You may need a cortisone injection. I got one of those last month for the pain in my right shoulder and arm.. mine was from lifting too much and the joints are rubbing against each other. 🤗

Hi Irene, I'm sorry your back and arm hurt, did you have a mishap or just wake up like that?? Hope it feels better quick!
The men who are refinishing my table top are bringing it back tomorrow, it's been gone since end of Feb, it was pricey to refinish but the old finish was sticky and horrible no matter what I did, so am glad it's done, it's solid oak. I didn't bother to get the base or legs done, would have been a hideous price, as chairs are fiddly. I'll just get some stain, wipe on wipe off type, that should help them match a bit better and fix a bit of wear and tear where the chairs were grabbed over the years, and a bit on the seats. I've been advised to use a tablecloth and place mats, but will only use place mats. My mom had a lovely table for years but you never saw the top once! May as well screw some antique legs on a sheets of plywood lol

I've had tinnitus for years. There is no cure that I know of but I've learned to live with it. It does not stop me from hearing, the loss is in my hearing over time and could be caused by any number of things. The hearing aids allow me to hear clearly, without them my hearing is like I'm living under blanket, sort of low and muffled.
If you get your hearing checked by a hearing specialist they could help you but not with your tinnitus. I really believe all those advertisements about getting rid of tinnitus are untruths
