I asked forum a question..here is the answer I gotOur game forums are moderated to ensure that they remain a friendly and useful resource for all game players to enjoy. Our general moderation policy is to disallow posts which fall into any of the following categories:

Spammy Posts
All forum posts should be discussion-oriented, and not 'spam' such as 'add me' requests, begging for gold, trade requests, or advertising your garden to get visitors.

Unfriendly Posts
Things such as personal attacks or general unfriendliness are not permitted on our forums. It is perfectly fine to offer constructive criticism/suggestions for the game, and politely disagree with opinions posted by others, but never in a way which attacks any person or group.

Post About Other Players
Please don't create posts about other players, whether you specifically name them or not. Any problems with other players must be reported to support privately using the 'report' links in the game, and not posted in public.

Fake Accounts
We take the use of fake accounts extremely seriously. If discovered doing this, ALL of your accounts will be removed from the game permanently.

General
Our game moderators may remove posts or issue warnings at their discretion if someone is going against the principle of keeping our forums friendly and useful (for example by making posts which try to goad others, or trying to stir up problems.)

Should you discover an inappropriate post on the forums, please use the 'report' link on that post to alert our forum moderators to it.

This list of rules is not exhaustive, and is intended as a guideline only. If you make any posts on the forums which need to be deleted by a moderator then you will receive a warning message to inform you about the problem. In the case of repeated problems, you will receive an increasing time suspension, or may lose your forum access permanently, so please take care to keep all posts within the guidelines at all times.
