Morning Kathy! Hope the physio etc helped - I know how these injuries happen in an instant and then seem to take forever to get anywhere like better. I've not been on here much for a couple of days as my shoulder's been really painful (old rotator cuff injury) and my doctor's surgery is running late with their steroid injection appointments (again!). Hope your week is going ok. It's been showery here again after a couple of nice days. Take care. :)
