Hello Deirdre, Thankfully it's warmed up since the last time I wrote and the weather for the opening of the Winter Carnival was just about perfect this year. I didn't go as still a bit cold for me at the moment in my current situation, but I have seen some lovely pics online of some of the activities. Sorry to hear that you had such a storm to wreck your sister's garage door. It must have been very windy!. It's hard to imagine that it's already 8 years since your sister Colleen died. I do remember you mentioning her in some of your messages. It certainly would have been a big change for you as you had been caring for her for many years. About 12 years ago, I did a Reiki level I course which I really loved. Was hoping to do level 2 but the instructor didn't offer it. She was a lovely woman, my massage therapist at the time as well. She became a certified yoga instructor after that and continued her massage therapy in which she combined Reiki. Now she also teaches Yoga so she is very busy, I imagine. I miss seeing her. The gallery is almost back in shape and looking good, I must say. I have a few pieces on the go in my studio. They're coming together slowly which is good. Have only been to 3 better bones classes so far, as my shoulder and neck get irritated if I do too much, but 3 is better than none :) It's nice that you enjoy your walks, good exercise and good for the mind too!
