Good evening Deirdre I hope you have had a good day today, so glad Joan enjoyed getting out yesterday.  It has been dry and sunny here again though still a breeze blowing, it is chilly this evening so I have the heating on.  Nice of your friend's brother to help you out a shame his place of work has closed down.  I took Pippin for a groom this morning, he smells and looks lovely and this afternoon I had an eye test.  I need new glasses as the cataracts I have growing are changing my distance lens in my right eye.  I decided to keep my frames as they are only a year old.
