Hello Deirdre, Goodness that is a lot to have to pay for a knee operation. I'm thinking it must be too long a wait for the NHS? I hope all goes smoothly for your sister and for you as it certainly is a lot of care. I think I'm beginning to improve with the help of my physio, this week after my treatment, i felt like I may have turned a corner. Was able to make it to 2 of my 3 classes this week, so hoping this will continue. It's a lovely sunny day today which helps with the cold. Spring will be very welcome when it comes!
