Happy weekend 💦🪴

Yesterday was bath day for Rylee and Jojo. Rylee loves his bath - from the moment we round the corner into Pet Valu he starts to squeak and whine he's so excited. Jojo just walks in, in silence. Hubby scrubs Jojo and I do Rylee. First Rylee tries to eat the water from the hose - I soap up the Zoom Groom and start to scrub him - this is the part he really loves. He tries to eat the hose while I'm trying to rinse him. Then comes the blower - he definitely wants to eat that one! Finally the toweling dry he leans into my hands as I rub him as dry as I can get him.
It's the start of dog show season and tomorrow is his first one of the year. We have to be there at the crack of crazy so I won't be able to do anything in my garden until we get home. Happy Friday - wish us luck.

The hand that feeds you is definitely something that applies to Rylee. I have two Zogoflex toys one blue, one orange. The Blue is Rylee's and orange is Jojo's. When I pull them from the freezer at night I have noticed that Rylee wants what is in my right hand and will try to take it even if it's what I have designated as Jojo's toy. When I try to hand Rylee what is in my left hand he still tries for what is in my right hand. Some habits are hard to change. Happy Thursday.

Yesterday as a beautiful sunny day. Rylee and Jojo went out several times with us to play. The first time I tossed the toy for retrieval into the bottom of the yard where I still saw snow. It was ice - both Rylee and Jojo slid as soon as they hit it - the shout of outrage and surprise that came out of Jojo made me laugh. Rylee recovered first and came running to me with the toy - Jojo hot on his heels - barking at him. I tossed it out several more times each time Rylee slid across the ice like a champ - Jojo running to keep up. Good times - Happy Wednesday.
