Hi Lori, I am glad to be back in  here again.  I still have my cold hanging on and that is why I didn't go to the dinner.  I pray that May treats us all well too.  I am glad you at least had a pretty morning.  Sorry you had bad thunderstorms and you got so much rain.  That is awful having 2 inches or more falling so  quickly.  I hope you didn't get too much more rain falling and it didn't rain until midnight. That was a big drop in the temp from 75 to 62.  I did have a restful evening and hope to sleep well.  I hope you do too.  Love and Hugs my fiend xx

A mouse nibbling your veggies.  We are finally having warm weather, but today it was close to 80F which for early May is very rare.  The doctor was in a clinic which sees patients but only on a casual basis and are not taking regular doctor type care.  How was Tom's eye appointment?  He like to keep busy with his garden and I'm sure, 100 other things he has put off.  I cleaned off the patio today.  Raked  the leaves from fall and rinsed the table and bench off.  Samina is coming next weekend with her roommate and dogs.  The extra bed has all the things I cleared out of a closet.  Now I have to find places for it all.  Happy she is coming, but now I have to clean two more rooms.  I also baked three GF batches of cookies for those coming to the celebrations of life with gluten allergies.   Hope your days are going as planned.  Hope your trip to your Mom's is smooth and problem free.  Many hugs and blessings.
