Hi Purp...pity you didn't enjoy a good old natter with the ladies and had some laughs it would have done you good. 
I am no cook lol.  Very definitely the exception to the rule.  If you want some thing special don't come to my house.  It's not my forte Purp.  I can rustle something up but it won't be al la carte.  I don't experiment my hubby does a lot of the cooking now.  It was years ago when I tried to do some vegetarian dinners for the girl and it was a disaster!  Add to that back then they didn't have the stuff they have out today.  So yes, I struggled.  Add to that I am have a very plain palette I don't eat curries or spicy food.  So pretty boring eh lol.  Enjoy your day xxxx
