Good Mornin Miss Violet, OMG in heals no way, I could probably do 2.5, I wore pretty comfy heals...hehehe  Yuck on the weather, we turned the other way cool & Fall like... me likes

I would say depending on your arch, I have flat feet, hate shoes with a passion, I'm a barefoot grounding type of Cali Hippie, Nike & Reebok have high foot beds, un-comfy for me, I like Fila but again it has to be about comfort since they cost an arm and a leg these days, at home well I love flip flops, so I flop between them or a pair of memory foam Pinky Fuzzy Slippers from Dearfoam.....once I had surgery the Doc said no more bare feet, shit that won't be happening, I'm 69 I won't be changing anytime soon, Me Needs to Ground myself daily, shoes get in the way with that...hehehe
