Welcome Spring 2026 May the Birds Sing, the Bees Buzz & the Butterflies Flutter...
Good Mornin Miss Violet, Happy to see you visit as always...Hope life is treating you well, how's the foot any better? Has summer arrived with all nasty heat & humidity yet?
We've had high 90's for the last couple of week & then out of the blue Fried Day Night a super storm hit, turbulent black clouds, 55 mph winds, heavy rain- 3 inches in less than an hr., hail along with thunder/lightening, knock out my satellite & internet for a bit, thank goodness for a DVR, the hubby was chomping at the bit within 5 mins...sad really
Sick Meow, took her the vets to find out someone came on my property and shot her twice, livid doesn't really describe my anger. in the meantime the x-rays show an enlarged heart, so tomorrow afternoon she has an ultra sound done to see where we are, if she's in congestive failure then she can't have the pellets removed. Miss Grand is doing a bit better today, she actually ate soft food for the 1st time in 10 days & had bowel movies...squeet, she made my day
Garden is doing well enough after a month growing time, pleased, That's about it, sums up my boring life, sick critters & gardening...retired life, the hubby was worried about 1 of us getting sick & using up our retirement money, turns out it will be the Critters...hehehe
