Morning splash--It is -6 and clear at the moment although I think snow is in the forecast again. Yes the new owner have really got a mess on their hands thanks to the old ones not dooing a proper job, We have the pest control today going atound with their light to make sure no bugs. I hope to get down and it not be too busy so I can get one of the guys to come up and deal with my lack of heat but I think that will mean calling  in someone who knows the system. Have a good day
