We've had mixed weather here. We're just home from the Uists & had 4 glorious days of sunshine.  There's always a breeze oft the Atlantic there but I like that. We toured all 7 islands. Most are connected by causeway now but we did need to take a ferry over to Barra & Vatersay which are just stunning.....deserted white beaches and turquoise sea, just like the Caribbean. Sorry, too busy typing and missed your VC by a few seconds. I am off to Croatia next week with the girls to celebrate a special birthday (not mine) and when I come home Colin & I are going to London to see Garth Brooks. That will be a trial as he doesn't like flying, he doesn't like London and he doesn't like crowds..... he did like Garth Brooks though! I'm not really a fan but am happy to have a couple of days in London x
